Pain in the legs that decreases on leaning forward

Pain in the legs that started a couple of months ago, pain is less when leaning forward. what to do? any suggestion?

Tingling around the mouth and lips during nerve block with lidocaine

Tingling around the mouth and lips during nerve block with lidocaine, this thing is happening for the third consecutive time; however, this time i feel the symptoms are more severe. 

I wanna ask whether such thing is normal or not? any advice? David.

Urinary incontinence, gait abnormality and early dementia

My doctor told me that i am suffering from urinary incontinence, gait abnormality and early dementia; however, the final diagnosis has to be confirmed, i am a 45 years old man. I am worried and i want to prioritize the list of possible causes. if you can help me find the most urgently dangerous possible causes, to aid in diagnosis and start treatment. Hector.
