Acute episode of lower abdominal pain

Acute episode of lower abdominal pain that started few hours back, persistent pain, body temperature normal (a temperature of 37,5C), but i am worried and feeling ill.

Dysfunctional uterine bleeding

My doctor called me today, i was diagnosed with dysfunctional uterine bleeding, i have a vague feeling, but no other symptoms. I am 27 years old female, after reading your article about dysfunctional uterine bleeding i am worried about gynecologic cancer, is it possible?

Papanicolaou smear showing suspicious endometrial cells after menopause

I had a Papanicolaou smear showing suspicious endometrial cells after which my doctor requested a colposcopy and and endocervical curettage. However, Colposcopic examination and endocervical curettage were negative. I am 56 years old. 

Please advice on the next best steps, Faye.
