Renal system diseases (disorders of the urinary system) is a group of disorders that affects the quality of life of patients suffering from it, changes associated with it include pain, chronic fatigue, weakness, dizziness, oedema and the loss of protein from the plasma, etc. the kidneys play a vital role in regulating blood glucose levels and in eliminating waste products from our bodies, this group of disease include:

1- Kidney disease or nephrosis, which is a condition characterized by oedema and the loss of protein from the plasma due to nephrotic syndrome.

2- Glomerulonephritis, is a serious illness characterized by inflammation of the glomeruli, which is commonly caused by an autoimmune response.

3-Bladder cancer is a type of cancer that starts in the lining of the bladder. It is characterized by haematuria. The bladder is a hollow, muscular organ that stores urine; it is located in the pelvis.

4-Cystitis is an illness characterized by inflammation of the bladder, which is often caused by infection and is usually accompanied by frequent, painful urination.

5-Vascular disease is a class of diseases of the blood vessels that mainly affects the blood capillaries and causes pain.

6-podagra and stone formations especially the kidney stones.

Passing gas with urination

Passing gas with urination that started a couple of weeks ago, had one episode of diverticulitis last month, last year had transurethral resection of the prostate for benign prostatic hypertrophy. I am a 70 year old man with diabetes. Can you please tell me what to do next, is this a serious matter?
