The Blackberry (Morus nigra, ежевика, التوت الاسود) is an edible fruit of the genus Rubus in the family Rosaceae (Moraceae), native to the middle east. It is characterized by a great taste and big food profile due to its beneficial elements or nutrients. Its beneficial role appears to be related to Rutin (an antioxidant) and vitamins.
