Dosage

For adults, take one pill one to two times daily, preferably after meals.

Folic acid is used in the treatment and prevention of megaloblastic anemia and folate deficiency. It is recommended for all pregnant women to take a daily supplement of Folic Acid during conception and the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
