Cervical cancer may be suspected if you have symptoms like increased vaginal discharge (a foul smelling continuous vaginal discharge), dyspareunia (pain during sex), and unusual vaginal bleeding, which can occur after sex, after menopause, after a pelvic exam, after a Pap smear, or in between periods. Less specific symptoms include: fatigue, unexplained weight loss, painful urination (dysuria), pelvic pain, loss of appetite, low back pain, leg pain, urinary frequency and urgency.
