1 Follow the BRAT diet (bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast) to calm an upset stomach

2 Try carrot and mint juice. Boil three sliced carrots in 1 liter (four cups) of water, and one peppermint teabag or one teaspoon of dried peppermint and boil on medium-low heat for about 20 minutes until carrots are soft.
