23 scientifically proven ways to cure dental cavity at home

1- Brush your teeth and then floss. Brush your teeth with fluoride toothpaste two times daily and rinse your mouth with water immediately after eating

2- Avoid eating sugary foods

3- Mix a teaspoon of ground licorice root with some water to make a paste and apply it to the affected tooth, repeat daily. Alternatively, chew dried licorice root until the fibers look like the bristles of a toothbrush, repeat daily

4- Rinse your mouth with homemade licorice mouthwash, Add two teaspoons of dried licorice root powder, one tablespoon of anise seed powder, one teaspoon of ground cloves, and one teaspoon of ground cinnamon in a cup of vodka, steep for two weeks, then add 3 or 4 drops of anise essential oil (or mint essential oil), and fill the liquid in a small glass bottle and store it in the fridge. 7- Mix one teaspoon of ground licorice root, one teaspoon of powdered myrrh, one teaspoon of hyssop powder, one teaspoon of dried and powdered sage leaves, and one teaspoon slippery elm bark powder. Steep the spices in a quart (1 liter) of boiling water for 15 minutes. Sip a cup of this tea three times daily

8- Homemade toothpaste with sage and licorice powder, mix one teaspoon of dried and powdered sage leaves, one teaspoon of sea salt, and one teaspoon of ground licorice root, add little water to make a paste, apply on teeth with a soft-bristle toothbrush

9- Boil some licorice leaves along with one tablespoon of ground licorice root in a quart of water. Once the water is boiled, add two tablespoons of agar powder (a natural gelling agent) and stir, add 2 drops each of clove and peppermint essential oils. Once cooled, use this gel as a toothpaste

10- Use licorice mouthwash for tooth decay. Gargle with licorice root extract, mix one tablespoon of ground licorice root with a cup of warm water, gargle and rinse your mouth with this mixture. Put a small amount of this mixture in your mouth and swish it around, tilt your head back slightly, open your mouth and say AAAh without swallowing the solution. Allow the mouthwash liquid to wash your mouth and upper throat for about a minute or two. Spit it out

11- Put two tablespoons of ground licorice root in a pan and add a cup (236 ml) of water, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes. Dip a cotton ball in this liquid, and apply to the affected tooth, repeat three times daily

12- Try oil pulling, swish two tablespoons of coconut oil in your mouth for at least 15 minutes, spit it out. Repeat daily

13- Consume raw dairy products.

14- Try to eat a variety of foods and choose a diet made up of nutrient-rich foods
