Racing heart and shortness of breath with the sensation that i cannot get enough air to breath, the condition started yesterday evening right after urinating, and within a minute after initial onset i started to suffer of lightheadedness, nausea and dizziness with Intense fear that something terrible is going to happen. I can feel Fast Heart Rate when i put my hand on my chest. Now i am feeling OK, but i am worried and afraid of this issue. Could it happen again?

Could something like this happen again? any advise?

For the past couple of weeks been suffering of progressive sharp pain in the left leg. My doctor confirmed diagnosis of a
popliteal aneurysm a month ago, i am worried and seeking guidance from doctors or people with similar conditions. I am 65 years old male.
