Artichokes

The globe artichoke (Cynara cardunculus var. scolymus, артишок, ارض الشوكي) is a variety of cultivated culinary plants of a species of thistle.

Artichokes has been popular for decades due to their nutritional profile, as they are high in minerals like potassium, folate, magnesium, and contain a wide range of vitamins like vitamin C, vitamin K.
