Spinach a natural Impotence Fighter

Spinach (Spinacia oleracea, шпинат, السبانخ) is a green flowering plant in the family amaranthaceae native to west Asia (Lebanon and Israel). It is a seasonal evergreen plant that can grow and/or survive cold winters.

It’s known that spinach have mighty effects on men’s reproductive organ and sperm count, thus it can be used to increase the fertility rate and fight impotence naturally.

Spinach gained its popularity worldwide and is widely regarded as one of the healthiest herbs in the world due to its diverse nutritional composition, worldwide cooks use spinach in their national cuisines because of its outstanding benefits, and for this reason early animators introduced it in early cartoon productions  – we all remember Popeye and Olive and how she fed him spinach to increase his strength and muscle mass.

Recently laboratory-derived tests proven that spinach is loaded with various health-promoting bioactive compounds.

  • It is very rich in many great antioxidants, including lutein and zeaxanthin, that helps in protecting the eyes from macular degeneration and cataracts.

  • Spinach is a source of several minerals especially iron, calcium, and folate (essential for girls, and women during pregnancy)

Aside of the proven facts about Spinach, it also have a great taste and can be suitable in many cooks.

For the greatest nutritional benefits, it’s better to eat spinach fresh or steamed.

Fresh green spinach is an excellent addition to a green vegetable salad, although spinach is known to grow faster than other herbs and have a very short season, so preferably Steam spinach lightly, until it acquires a bright green color because mature spinach leaves are hard to digest in their raw form (if uncooked).

Spinach is a great add to pasta especially the Italian roman lasagna.

Spinach is also a key ingredient in eggs Florentine dishes.
