• Rice – a cup
• Yogurt – (Greek yogurt)

Preparation

Boil the mentioned quantity of rice in two cups of water, and after cooking the rice, pour in a bowl and serve with yogurt. Yogurt and Rice.

Usage

Eaten a bowl of Yogurt and Rice as a whole dinner (a substitute for all types of dinners), this bowl must be your only dinner, eat a bowl on daily basis, and keep on this regimen for a week, hematuria will cease after the first meal.
