Ingredients

  • Zucchini leaves – a bunch
  • Squash leaves – two lists
  • Hibiscus leaves – quarter the amount of Zucchini leaves used

Preparation
Boil the ingredients mentioned above (Zucchini leaves, squash leaves and hibiscus leaves) in a liter of water, keep on fire for a quarter of an hour after reaching the boiling point. Filtrate the solution to split the water from the leaves, pour the water into a drinking jug and allow it to cool well before storing in a fridge for later usage. “Zucchini tea extract

Put the leaves in another bowl, and grind them for an ointment like paste (Zucchini and hibiscus paste).

Usage

Drink zucchini tea extract as a substitute of water, it is very effective, especially in the treatment of aches, and pains arising from arthritis, as well as this herbal tea has the ability to fight metabolic diseases, podagra and sediments, it dissolves salt, and softens the joints.

Apply Zucchini and hibiscus paste on the affected area at night, preferably before going to bed and leave the patch throughout the night, replace it with another patch in the morning, leave the morning patch from morning to evening. These patches are highly effective, repeat the process for several days, after few days it will release you of aches and joint pain, especially in the lower back, big joints. Keep on drinking Zucchini tea extract at the same time throughout the duration of treatment.

Note
Avoid drinking zucchini tea extract hot, as it is harmful to the kidneys, and could contribute to increase kidney inflammation.
