1- Maintain proper dental hygiene. Floss more than once a day, rinse your mouth immediately after eating, try chewing gum containing fluoride and brush teeth at least twice a day, in the morning before eating anything and in the evening before going to bed, repeat daily.

2- Try oil pulling, a technique that supports oral heath and helps remove plaque from teeth, use extra-virgin coconut oil for oil pulling as it has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial effects because it is high in lauric acid, put a tablespoon of extra-virgin coconut oil in your mouth, then swish it around for 15-20 minutes, spit it out and rinse your mouth with warm water. Don’t swallow and don’t gargle it.

3- Mix two teaspoons of baking soda and one teaspoon of salt, wet your toothbrush with warm water, and then dip your toothbrush in the mixture and brush your teeth, rinse your mouth with warm water.
