Eating food containing garlic, and drinking a cup of Greek yogurt or kefir daily, at the end of your day, before going to bed, will only stimulate your organism to fight germs, eliminate pathogens and toxins as well as provide essential nutrients for repairing and building healthy long lasting cells.

Getting rid of harmful radicals

Drink a cup of green tea daily, as it have outstanding antioxidant effects and will aid your body in eliminating the harmful radicals… drink a lots of water (more than 2 liters of water daily), limit table salt to less than 5g/day

Ingredients

  1. Asparagus (four-to-six tablespoons)
  2. Parsley (two tablespoons)
  3. Avocado leaves (3-4 leaves)

Preparation

Bring to boil 600ml of water, add a handful of asparagus, two tablespoons of chopped green parsley and few leaves of avocado. Keep boiling to reduce the amount of water by half, i.e. to get 250ml of water in total.

Intake

Drink two cups of this tea, one in the morning, 30min before taking your breakfast and one in the evening 15min before going to bed, it is the best treatment for various kidney infections, it will reduce inflammation and is the best cure for high serum creatinine levels.
