Orthodox treatment for flu
To empower your immunity naturally, so that to fight and eliminate the RNA viruses causing flu you must consume ingredients known to increase the proliferation rate of your immune cells as well as increasing the acidity of your blood (decreasing the ph) that will assist in fighting the viral replications.
Ingredients
- Onions 3-4 pieces to be chopped and squeezed
- Lemon juice (half a lemon)
- Arak or ouzo (150ml)
- Garlic (4-5 peeled pills)
Preparation
Squeeze the chopped onions, by using a piece of tissue and extract the onion juice out of them, into a cup, (extracting the water of onion can be made in various ways, find a suitable and easy way for yourself).
Take the peeled garlic pills, rinse these garlic pills in 150 of Arak (national byzantine drink) and soak a period of 3 days, while stirring them six-seven times daily, then filtrate, bottle and keep in the fridge, ready for usage solution A.
Squeeze the lemon in a cup of water (150 ml), solution B
Taken two teaspoons of the onion extract we previously prepared, into a cup containing 150-200ml of solution B (lemon juice).
Take a teaspoon of solution A, and add to the above solution in the cup. The solution is ready, solution X.
Intake
Drink a cup of the mixture “solution X”, two times a day, keep on this homemade drug for a week, it will eliminate flu, and boost your immunity for the rest of the season.
This homemade medicinal solution can be used as a natural precaution of flu, for optimal effects drink one cup of it daily, for at least a month (1st month of winter), drink on an empty stomach in the morning, 30 min before eating, and keep on it, as it will shield you of various epidemic viral infections.
If you have a digestive problem such as (gastric erosion, gastric ulcer or gastritis…), you can take two teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil, before drinking this mixture. It will work as a natural barrier for your stomach.
