1- Try oil pulling to tighten loose teeth, in the morning, swish one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil or one tablespoon of coconut oil around in your mouth for about 20 minutes, spit it out and rinse your mouth with lukewarm water. Repeat this every morning. Sesame, sunflower or safflower oils are also used for pulling

3- Slice one garlic clove into thin slivers, take two slivers and place them between your inner cheek and the gum of the affected tooth for about 10 minutes, repeat this three times a day.
