1- Perform the epley maneuver (canalith repositioning procedure), lie down flat on the bed, stretch your legs straight and your arms straight with your head and neck outside the edge of the bed. For dizziness from the right ear, turn your head 45 degrees to the left and stay in this position for 30 seconds until all your symptoms subside, then slowly move your head to the opposite direction, turn your head 45 degrees to the right and stay in this position for 30 seconds until all your symptoms go away, then quickly lie down on your right side and move your chin down and look at your bed, stay in this position for about 30 seconds or until all your symptoms go away, once you reach this point sit up at the edge of your bed and wait a few minutes.
