1- Massage your neck and temples, place three fingertips on the back of your neck at the base of your neck, press firmly and hold for a few seconds to relax your muscles and relieve stress, releasing when the muscles feel more relaxed. 20- Drink a cup of warm mint tea, to make mint tea simply put one tablespoon of dried mint leaves or two tablespoons of fresh mint leaves in a small teapot, pour two cups of boiling water over the mint leaves, cover, and steep for 5 minutes, strain, and pour into a mug, then add two teaspoons of honey into the mug and stir well. Alternatively, place 1 mint tea bag in a mug, pour one cup of boiling water over the mint leaves, cover and steep for five minutes, then add one teaspoon of honey into the mug and stir well.

21- Take a multivitamin supplement, take 2000 mg of vitamin C daily.

22- Eat a green apple in the morning everyday, slice an apple into four equal chunks, then dice each apple quarter into smaller pieces and sprinkle with a little salt.
