1- Drink three cups of chamomile tea a day, to make chamomile tea simply put two tablespoons of dried chamomile flowers in a teapot, pour three cups of boiling water over the chamomile flowers, simmer for about seven to ten minutes, strain and pour the tea in a mug, add two teaspoons of honey, stir and drink warm.
