1- Drink two cups of warm water and take 2 tablespoons of carob molasses, grape molasses, or blackstrap molasses in the morning on an empty stomach or in the evening before going to bed to relieve constipation. Alternatively, drink a cup of water and eat two tablespoons of sesame halva in the morning on an empty stomach to relieve constipation.
